As a result of a campaign run by the Sangh Swayamsevaks, every family in Keshavpura village, near Chakasu, installed parinda, a pot to offer water to the birdsĀ
Sanganer Zila Sanghachalak Shri Ramkaran Sharma pointed out that Jaipur had witnessed flood in 1981 which caused huge loss in the area and many families had to migrate. In most of the villages the houses were submerged in flood water. At that time the Sangh swayamsevaks provided relief to the flood victims. After the floods, Keshavpura village was rebuilt by constructing 64 houses. The saplings planted in those days there have become huge trees. In those trees basically the parindas were installed to offer water to the birds.
