RSS swayamsevaks celebrated the Independence Day on August 15 across the country. The National Flag was hoisted at the Sangh Karyalayas. RSS Sarsanghachalak Shri Mohan Bhagwat hoisted the Flag at Palakkad in Kerala, while Sarkaryavah Shri Bhaiyaji Joshi hoisted the Flag in Indore. There are reports of hoisting the Flag at various Karyalayas including RSS headquarters in Nagpur, Keshav Kunj in New Delhi, Shakti Karyalaya in Chennai, etc.
