Delhi: “Pakistan is not a state, but a state of mind. What worries India is that it is our neighbour. There is not a single day when Pakistan, since its inception, did anything good for India. Even then there is nothing wrong in improving relations with Pakistan, but at the same time we should also think whether the second party is ready for it or not,” said RSS Sah Sarkaryavah Shri Dattatreya Hosabale while releasing a quarterly publication Pakistan Watch by India Policy Foundation (IPF) in New Delhi on June 13.
Shri Hosabale said Pakistan has only created terrorists and nothing else after emerging as a nation. However the countries, which were born almost at the same time when Pakistan was born have made remarkable progress.
IPF honourary director Dr Rakesh Sinha said the publication of Pakistan Watch has been started to keep a watch on the developments in Pak. Shri Ajay Kumar from News Nation said we should be more conscious while dealing with the neighbouring countries.
Shri Vivek Katju, former high commissioner to Pakistan, said the leaders in Pakistan formulate their policies based on anti-India thinking. We should keep in mind this state of mind while formulating our policies.
Major General GD Bakshi (retd) said Pakistan understands the military language only and it should be replied only in that language alone.
RSS Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh Dr Manmohan Vaidya felicitated senior journalist Shri Manmohan Sharma for his compilation and translation of news from Pakistan for India Policy Foundation.                          n
