Intro: Organiser & Panchjanya agents meet applauded the weeklies and came up with constructive suggestions to increase the reach of nationalist magazines.?
Panchjanya (Hindi Weekly) and Organiser (English Weekly), the two leading weeklies organised a two day Rashtriya Pratinidhi Sammelan at the Saraswati Bal Mandir in Nehru Nagar, New Delhi on September 13 and 14 in which representatives from a large number of News and Advertisement agencies from all over India participated.
Congratulating on the transformation of the two weeklies in the Magazine form from Tabloid format, representatives were pleased to get the growth feedback from the readers. The two magazines are gaining popularity and circulation pan India.
While addressing the representatives, Jagdish Upasane who is a Senior Journalist and Director of Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, Noida Campus and also Director of Bharat Prakashan (Delhi) Ltd (BPDL) said that, “It’s been a journey of about 70 years; Panchjanya and Organiser are playing crucial roles in national media. Only criticism will not provide constructive results though it needs suggestions too. We are no different from Mainstream media and reaching the youth with innovative design, content and presentation with the help of ‘New Media’.”
Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Dr Manmohan Vaidya stated that, “Today, there is an atmosphere of expression and acceptance in the country and the erroneous notions developed by the so-called secularists are on the verge of extinction. The two weeklies work for the society with true spirit and facts which calls to reach out every youngster in the country.”
The Editor, Organiser, Prafulla Ketkar said that, “Our magazines have fought for nationalistic interest with valuable views. May it be Article 370 in Jammu & Kashmir or any other issue?”

Panchjanya, Editor, Hitesh Shankar added, “We have changed the outlay of our expressions but the essence of the expressions is the same. We are not lagging behind in any medium for any age group be it media or new media.”
The representatives were welcomed at the function by Managing Director (BPDL), Vijay Kumar and General Manager (BPDL), Jitendra Mehta.
