(Organiser, 28.7.2013) This refers to ‘Secular nationalism should prevail over communal secularism’ in Organiser by Justice Dr M Rama Jois. He says Hinduism has been secularism par excellence. In this context two well known leaders of the day are compared. One is Narendra Modi and the other one is Digvijay Singh. Narendra Modi says, “I am a nationalist; I am patriotic; Nothing  is wrong; I am a Hindu; Nothing is wrong ; So I am a Hindu nationalist”  On the other hand Digvijay Singh says, “BJP calls me anti-Hindu; Be my guest  and check, I am a practicing  Hindu”. (Indian Express, 17.7.2013) Our country was divided on religion basis between Hindus  and Muslims. India became secular  because of Hinduism, as rightly pointed out by Justice Jois. But the moot point is, whether Hinduism today is safe in India. Here  I need to put some burning  questions to Digvijay Singh(i) In 1950’s RSS invited King Mahindra of Nepal to preside over the Vijayadashmi function. Pt Nehru stopped him, whereas Heads of the states, diplomats, and ulemas of Muslim countries had been free to meet Imam Bukhari and visit Deoband. Is it not undue respect to one religion? (2) In  1970’s Indian Government went to Rabbat to beg for invitation in the meet of organisation  of Islamic countries, as a Muslim country. Why? Are we a Muslim country as per Constitution?(3) Our Prime Minister Manmohan Singh brazenly said to appease Muslim minority that  they have the first preference over country’s resources. How is it? Does our Constitution  provide such preference to Muslim minority (4) Digvijay Singh proudly says, he is a practicing Hindu. But still he does not speak against cow slaughter. How does he tolerate it (5) During UPA(I) and affidavit was filed in the court that Bhagwan Ram did not exist. Then why did not Digvijay  Singh reacted strongly against it. Finally the inference is, that most of practicing Hindus who call themselves secular are actually anti-Hindu. A nationalist Hindu like Modi does not mean anti-Muslim though he  confronts against anti-Hinduism.

Organiser—Unsung Heroes (18.8.2013); Kudos to Organiser and its entire team for taking out a theme oriented ‘Republic Day Special’ titled ‘Unsung Heroes’, dated 18.8.2013.  It is a issue which is worth preserving and a must to read for everyone.  Infact I will say that after reading the issue I was  reminded of the days of late KR Malkani and VP Bhatia under whose editorship each and every article was carefully selected and used to be beautifully displayed in Organiser. Infact I would  say the reader was forced to read the issue.  I feel that again the same time is coming. Once again congratulating  Organiser ,  I would just say—Keep it up.

Bharatvasis fight with aggressors not with religion (Organiser, 28.7.2013); This  refers to ‘Bharatvasis fight with aggressors  not with religion’ by Dr Jay Dubashi, in Organiser. He has stated that the “The  India-Pakistan issue is not a Hindu Muslim issue, as it is made out to be . Pakistan is a Muslim country, but we have fought three wars with it as one country does with another, not because Pakistan is a Muslim and India is a Hindu.” Then at the end he writes that “ India has always been a Hindu nation, and remains so to this day. The Pakistanis  left India, or were driven out of India, because they considered themselves to be outsiders.” His  two statements are not only self contradictory, but also devoid of facts. Infact his whole write-up is outcome of confused  thinking, and  a futile  attempt to show that he is secular as per norms fixed by anti-Hindu seculars of Congress variety. Firstly, Pakistan  indulged in war against India, considering it to be a Hindu country, and has been doing all type of mischiefs. But India is certainly not a Hindu country, governed by anti-Hindu Constitution which gives special rights to the Muslims, who are infact all Pakistanis treacherously persuaded by Gandhi, Nehru, Patel and Congress leaders to remain in truncated India of Hindus’ share. Political atmosphere in India is so much anti-Hindu, that practically all the political parties from  a to z are abusing Shri Narendra Modi, because he called himself as a Hindu nationalist. ‘Hindu’ has become such a dirty word in Indian politics that  even the Muslim leaders, who created Pakistan, have the audacity to criticise Shri Modi for calling himself a Hindu. Dr Dubashi has spoken more lies, that Pakistanis were driven out, although more than 20 crore ever increasing at a very fast rate  are  in India. In fact these Muslims created Pakistan,  but were persuaded to live in India.

Experience of RSS On 7th day of my college, as usual I was listening to a lecture.  A person sitting next to me was also quietly  listening to  the lecture. After the end of that lecture I told my name to that person and asked his name. After telling his name, he suddenly asked me a question that “Are you from RSS”? I told yes, you are correct, but how you got this, because I am new in college and no one knows me, I replied. He said, I was observing you and your activities from the very first day of your joining.  Your behaviour in class, your discipline, manners were reflecting ‘RSS Samskars’. So I came to a conclusion,  that  in one way or the other you are related to RSS. I was shocked because now a days it has became a fashion  to say the words like ‘Adarsh  and Samskar’ (Human values) looks good only in books. After joining RSS I was naturally practicing human values and good manners, but had no idea that they have started reflecting in my behaviour. I remember Doctorji’s words, that  Human values and ideal’s were not made to use in just reading and writing. They were made to accept it, believe in it and behave like that.
