‘Ayodhya structure’ demolition and nation building (Organiser, 16.12.2012); Subramanian Swamy in his article on Ayodhya (Organiser, 16.12.2012); says “over 80 per cent of Bharat consist of Hindus”. Perhaps the Hindus residing in Bharat are not aware that they are in the majority nor do they realise that the government is carving out a privileged place for the Muslims with an eye on the vote-bank. How is it we have not come together to build a temple for Sri Ram? Year after year it has been a futile hoarse cry by the Hindus. Their wishes have not been respected. Is it religious intolerance by successive governments under the guise of secularism? Injustice to the majority is unacceptable. But the reason is clear. How much money can be generated by building a temple to fill the coffers of greedy politicians? Lamentably little interest has been shown by our so-called secular government while all their aim is to pursue a policy in Muslims interest. The dream that Hindus had, has failed to materialise.

Brig. Rajinder Singh deserves Param Veer Chakra (Organiser, 9.12.2012); This refers to Khajuria S Kant’s article ‘Brig. Rajinder Singh deserves Param Veer Chakra’ in Organiser. Valiant soilder Brigadier Rajindra Singh’s supreme sacrifice in thwarting incursion of marauders in Kashmir during 1947 is soul stirring. The then PM Nehru did not reward him adequately. Being chief of Army in Kashmir he fought the enemy till his last drop of blood is exemplary in the annals of the history of any army in the world, for all times present or past. It is unheard of. He deserves Param Veer Chakra posthumously to atone the guilt of the then rulers of India. Let there be purification.

Cauvery water sharing In a recent move the Cauvery Monitoring Commission (CMC) has directed Karnataka to release 12 tmcft. of water when the water is only 12.75tmcft. in KRS reservoir, which is ridiculous and disgusting. It appears that CMC is blindly providing directives looking at the water requirement of the crops in Tamil Nadu ignoring completely even the standing crops in Karnataka. Tamil Nadu is being always given preference in Cauvery water sharing due to the agricultural potentiality it possesses but we should not forget that there has to be an balanced economy everywhere and everybody needs water for agriculture, industry and for drinking purpose, irrespective of any potentiality prevailing.

Racket in the guise of Haj (Organiser 2.12.2012); This refers to a news in Organiser dated 2.12.2012, that ‘Muslims are getting ready to form a political party’. It has been mentioned, that leaders of various Muslim organisations and Muslim journalist held a meeting at Delhi and decided to form a new political party for Muslims. There is already complete polarisation of Muslim votes, and they vote to defeat BJP candidates in elections. Thus Muslims are blackmailing Indian politics and helping corrupt and bad non-BJP candidates to win elections. This certainly is the biggest reason of corruption in politics, as Muslims, anti-national anti-Hindu vote-bank has become very strong. Therefore, there is an urgent need to polarise Hindu and nationalist votes in favour of the BJP. At present it is all divided on the basis of caste, language, regional loyalties, etc. This could be done by quoting Muslim leaders, who are spreading hatred against the BJP and forming separate Muslims political party. Hindus should be told, that Muslims are preparing for another partition of already truncated India. If they do not unite under BJP’s banner an other Pakistan is certain, and safety of Indian is under great danger. RSS and VHP can do it in a better way, and approach Hindu social organisations like that of Brahmans, Rajputs, Jats, Balmiki, Ravidasi and Tribal associations and persuade their leaders to issue appeals in favour of BJP. Similarly, Hindu religious organisations and institutions can also be persuaded to issue appeals to their followers to vote in favour of BJP. Since there is already polarisation of Muslim votes against BJP, why there should not be polarisation of Hindu votes in favour of BJP? This is the only way to defeat anti-Hindu and anti-national forces lead by the Congress.

Indian secularists are strange breed India is supposed to be having “composite” culture, synthesised from Hindu and Muslim cultures. So India should be “secular”. But Pakistan and Bangladesh also were parts of India for over 900 years. They have however Islamic culture. Why is there no composite culture in those countries? Is it because those countries carried out ethnic cleansing of Hindus, Sikhs and Buddhists? According to the so-called “secularists” India’s Muslim residents should be given special privilege; have rights which Hindus don’t have ( eg. Minority colleges, multiple wives, personal law, etc.) No secular country in the world allows Muslims such privileges as India. Is it because Hindus can’t forget they were once ruled and lorded over by Muslims and so instinctively accept that they are inferior to Muslims? Is it why Hindu Governors, Presidents, Chief Ministers and leaders give Iftar parties at State expense while no Muslim gives any party to Hindus on any of the latter’s festivals? “Secularists” in India are a strange breed, unashamed to demonstrate their inferiority in relation to Muslims. Vote-bank politics also play a dominant role in India.

A new prophet (Organiser, 18.11.2012); This is with reference to the letter of KK Nair in Organiser. About the miracles related to prophet Jesus or Prophet Muhammad, let the writer and the readership of the esteemed weekly be reminded that the Ramayana or the Mahabharata are replenished with tremendous such metaphysical events which cannot be scientifically proved. Hence leave these matters related to the specific faiths to the respective followers to adhere or not to adhere. If some one from the Hindu fold challenges the authenticity of any mythological matter of his religion, please do not extend it to other’s sensibilities!

Fought casteism, Muslim fanaticism and Pak lobbyism (Organiser, 2.12.2012); This is with reference to the front page article in Organiser, ‘Fought casteism, Muslim fanaticism and Pak lobbyism’ by Virag Pachpore. I thank Organiser for giving a complete biography of Balasaheb Thackeray the great son of Bharatmata. The huge crowd of followers which had gathered during the funeral procession of Balasaheb is a proof of his vast popularity. The entire Mumbai was shut to attend the funeral procession. Mourners came willfully and it was not the case of ‘paid show’. He was instrumental in forming the first ever non-Congress government in Maharashtra in 1995. His journey form cartoonist in Free Press Journal to an icon of Hindutva is full of many mixed experiences. He owned the demolition of the disputed structure and openly fought casteism, Muslim fanaticism, Muslim appeasement and Pak lobbyism. Without much family background, having come from a poor family Balasaheb made Hindutva politics acceptable. His death is truly a great loss to Hindus, Hinduism and Hindutava. I pray to God that Shiv Sena once again rises to the past glory of 1995 and once again rules Maharashtra to promote patriotic values. The best tribute to the departed soul would be to lead a life that never compromises on patriotism. I pray to God to give peace to the departed soul and courage to mourners to withstand this loss.

Do your best for the differently abled In our country the condition of most of the differently abled people is not good. People should try to help them to solve their problems. People should co-operate with them to lead them to progress. Political leaders, NGOs, Media, differently abled organistions and also NRIs should try to do their best for their welfare and improve their condition. Hope these endeavours will be successful and their condition will improved.
