“SUDARSHANJI was always the face of real Bharatiyata,” said retired Justice Shri KT Thomas. He was paying tribute to Sudarshanji in Kottayam on September 30. “Reverence towards all religions and also deep knowledge on all matters was his specialty. I met him in 2003 when he came for a dialogue with Christian Missionary people in Kottayam. His words were very cautious and strong. He never forgot to send greeting cards to me on Christmas day with colourful Bible words,” said Prof O M Mathew. With utmost hard work and dedication Sudarshanji was always a role model to all swayamsevaks, said Shri J Nandakumar, Akhil Bharatiya Sah Prachar Pramukh. He always tried to have a talk with Islamic leaders but someone was so keen to destroy that harmony, which ended with a Hindu massacre in Marad the coastal village of Kerala. (FOC)
