52 workers from 7 countries participate in Vishwa Samiti Varga

WITH a motto, Vayam Vishwa Shanthai Chiram Yatna Sheelah, the 15-day Vishwa Samiti Varg-2012 began in Hubli on July 22. Organised by the Rashtra Sevika Samiti, the Varg occurs once in four years, and this is the 5th Varg.
Noted scholar and Director of Veda Vijnana Gurukulam, Bengaluru, Dr Ramchandra Bhat Kotemane inaugurated the Varg. Kshetra Pracharak Shri Mangesh Bhende was also present. During the inaugural ceremony, Shantakka Tai, Akhil Bharatiya Pramukh Karyavahika of the Samiti; Alakatai Inaamdar, Varg Sarvadhikari; Nirmala Tai Gokhale and Nayana Desai also shared the dais. A total of 52 delegates from seven countries are participating in this Varg. An exhibition exhibiting ancient Hindu tradition, India’s achievements in science and technology, sewa activities by the RSS, has also been arranged at the venue.
During the Varga there will be an interaction with teachers and lecturers on July 25 and on July 29 there will be another interaction with doctors and lawyers. There will be Matra Bhojan (with families) also on the same day. An interaction session with women entrepreneurs on August 1 will also be organised. The Raksha Bandhan Utsav will be observed on August 2. A pathsanchalan will be taken out from Mooru Savira Mutt to RNS Kalyan Mantap on August 5. The concluding ceremony will also be organised the same day.
The important adhikaris who are expected to visit the Varga include senior Pracharak Shri K Suryanarayana Rao, senior Pracharak Shri Ranga Hari, Shri Shaym Parande, Shri Sadanand Sapre, Shri Venkteshmurthy of Youth for Seva and Shri Ravi Iyer of Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh. Apart from it, the leaders from Rashtra Sevika Samiti who will guide the participants include Pramukh Sanchalika Pramilatai Medhe, Pramukh Karyavahika Shantakka Tai, central office secretary Chitratai and Akhil Bharatiya Sah Karyavahikas Alka Inamdar, Rekha Raje, Asha Sharma and Sulabhatai Deshpande.
