Boomipuja for the new RSS office was organised by Desiya Sewa Samithi at Maravaneri in Salem district of Tamil Nadu on March 9. Sringeri Sarada Peetam Jagadguru Sri Bharathi Theertha Swamigal laid the foundation stone. Speaking on the occasion he said, “Our country is a Hindu nation. Sanatan Dharma is our soul and it should be followed by every Hindu. RSS is an organisation which is doing yeoman services to the nation. All of us should be proud to be a Hindu and should take care of the entire society.”
VHP leader Sri RBVS Manian also addressed the gathering. Auditor Ramesh, (MLA) Lakshmanan, Sri Ranganathan, Gopinathan and various other distinguished people were also present on the occasion. Shri Jayamani of Arogya Bharati also attended the function.
