NEWS ROUND-UP-3

The nationwide maha-dharnas organised by Youth Against Corruption (YAC) at 25 places all over the country on the issues of corruption and black money, received tremendous response from students and youth. The YAC raised many issues related to corruption in the 72-hour mahadharnas. The youth demanded that the Parliament should make effective law to curb corruption and take initiatives to bring back black money stashed away abroad. On last day, the YAC national co-convener Shri Vishnudatt Sharma addressed the gathering in Raipur, while another co-convener Shri Ravikumar was in Hyderabad. ABVP general secretary Shri Umesh Datt was in Delhi and ABVP national joint organising secretary Shri Raghunandan was in Bhubaneshwar. YAC national committee member Shri M Shriniwas led the youth in Bengaluru. A big rally in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, was addressed by ABVP national organising secretary Shri Sunil Ambekar.              (FOC)
