Organiser: The first essential of Fourth Estate The informative and hard toiled articles by columnists like MV Kamath, Dr Jay Dubashi, Dr Gautam Sen, OP Gupta (IPS), Dr Bharat Jhunjhunwala, Dr Subramanian Swamy and all others in Organiser are masterpieces in their style. My best wishes and sincere regards to all of them. The Congress and UPA has made a mess of the country. The remarks of the PM that the minorities, particularly Muslims, have the first claim on the resources of the country; educational scholarship for minorities only; Rs 800 crore annual Haj subsidy; salaries and perks to about 50 lakh Imams of the country out of the public exchequer; diversion of temple donations worth thousands of crores of rupees to State governments with mischievous intentions; loot of temple properties; evil eyes on the astonishing treasures of Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple in Thiruvananthapuram; loot in Sri Amar Nath Yatra offering; selective killing of prominent Hindu personalities; burning down of ancient temples and scriptures, jehad and love-jehad; management of Hindu shrines by non-Hindus; loot of public exchequer and stashing looted wealth in foreign banks; creation of super Cabinet like National Advisory Council of the Congress president; reported misuse of IAF planes to please the foreign relatives of ruling political bosses—all these on one side and on the other helplessness of the aam aadmi is a sorry state of affairs. Arise, awake and stop not, my fellow compatriots to accomplish the incomplete task of Swami Vivekananda.

?Don’t ignore readers letters Letter writers in Organiser were totally ignored by the weekly and no importance was given to them by not publishing the column of ‘Readers’ Forum’ in Deepavali Special Issue, 30.10.11. Readers are the backbone of newspaper. Anyone of the article could have been curtailed in lieu of cancelling the entire column of Reader’s Forum.

Why is government muted on OIC calling Kashmir ‘occupied territory’ (Organiser, 3.7.11); This refers to “Why is government muted on OIC calling Kashmir ‘occupied territory’” by Aditya Pradhan in Organiser. It has been mentioned that “Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC) has invited Chairman of Hurriat Conference, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq” and “ refers to Kashmir as an independent State”. The worst thing is that government of India took it lightly and allowed Farooq to proceed to Kazhakistan for OIC meeting on Indian passport. As per recent press report (see The Tribune, 27.6.2011) Shri LK Advani has blamed Nehru family for J & K problem, and stated that Kashmir problem was a special gift from Nehru family. In fact all the serious problems being faced by India are gifts from Gandhi and Nehru, which are being made more and more complicated by their followers. In one word, they are all treacherously anti-national and anti-Hindu. In this connection, it would be quite relevant to mention, that there was meeting of the UNO, when Gandhi had indulged in fast-unto-death in January 1948, for the sake of Muslims living in India, after creation of Pakistan. All these Muslims living in India had voted for creation of Pakistan in 1945-46 elections and had no claim over India. This fast by Gandhi helped Pakistan representative to UNO, Zafrullah Khan who spoke for three hours, and told that Muslim population in a number of states in India has been completely wiped out, so much so, that Hindu’s leader Mahatma Gandhi has gone on fast-unto-death to bring sanity to his followers. Referring to East Punjab ( present Punjab, Haryana & Himachal) he sarcastically remarked “ I am sorry: It was not whole population. I heard this morning that there were actually two Muslims left.”(See The Tribune, 18.1.48). Thus Gandhi’s fast proved to be a gift to Pakistan, to enable it to blame India. It may be mentioned, that India’s representative to UNO Ayyangar was mute, and afraid of speaking the truth. Why he did not tell that Pakistan had slaughtered ten lakh Hindus and Sikhs and abducted one lakh Hindu women and girls, and completely liquidated entire Hindu and Sikh population. It is not only the J& K problem gifted by Gandhi-Nehru, but all the serious problems like Islamic terror, Muslim infiltration from Bangladesh and Pakistan, corruption, moral degradation, loot of national resources and deposits in foreign banks and what not, are the gifts by Gandhi-Nehru and their followers.

Secular loot and plunder of Hindu temples (Organiser, 30.10.11); First of all I want to congratulate to you for your ‘Deepavali Special Issue’. I pray to God that every issue of your highly patriotic weekly becomes as good as this. This is with reference to the article “Secular loot and plunder of Hindu temples by Shri OP Gupta. Earlier foreign Muslim invaders looted India in general and temples in particular, then Britishers followed the same policy and now Congress which is actually an agent of British rulers is doing the same. Earlier it was called as loot and now it is called as takeover of temple management and is, given an another term, i.e. ‘Endowment’. Only those temples which give good revenue are takenover by politicians and simply looted. These temple funds are used for political purpose shamefully against Hindus and to appease Pan Islamic and Pan Christian forces. The funds are utilised for repairs and maintainance of mosques and churches and payment of salaries to Mullahs and Fathers. This is shameful to rulers and also Hindu devotees but both are keeping silent and not feeling any shame and looting is going on in well planned way. When will Hindus wake up?

Defaming Gujarat will not help anti-Hindu brigade (Organiser, 9.10.11); Apropos of your column: ‘The Moving Finger Writes’ , the columnist has after a long spell, broken his latent Muslim baiting and outburst in the style of enough is enough. The occasion is the wellknown, cherished title of a book on Hindu temples from Mahmood Ghaznavi to Aurangzeb. I recall that Dr Syed Mahmood, a minister in the Nehru Cabinet, had done his Ph.D on the similar topic and opined that most of the temples in ruins had withered in the past due to natural factors of decay and devastation, loss of patronage and devotion of local populace. The phenomenon of some stray cases of material of wreckage of temples found in the mosques or mausoleums was only from those depleted Hindu structures. However the Muslimphobia over the pen of the columnist and his fingers which hold this pen is so evident that he sees nothing but the brutal jihadi slaughtering of the innocents during the last one thousand years upto Partition of the country in 1947.

Organiser online I am an old subscriber of Organiser, in fact for over two generations. I also loved to read the paper online as one could enlarge it to suit one’s comfortable reading. Of late the online page has undergone great changes. It has become more attractive and also informs that the epaper is coming soon. But unfortunately, the whole contents of the issue online are not available for reading as was the case earlier. The selected topics are there to be read in detail, but headings of the contents on the right side of the home page are there just in the form of a list, rolling further sub-headings , but they do not open in the form of a readable page of that article. The column ‘The Moving Finger Writes’ does not open at all. Unlike in the past, even the archives section is of no help as the ‘Current Issue’ when clicked is showing September,2011 issues! Would you kindly see and ensure that whole of the issue displayed online is available for perusal at leisure in desired enlargd size.

Sonia epitomises cronyism On October 8, 2011, in a function held in London attended by Labour Party MP Birendra Sharma, a biography of Sonia Gandhi written by a journalist Rani Singh was released. Former President of the USSR Mikhail Gorbachev opined in the meeting that the Indians should respect Sonia Gandhi as an example of motherhood, vigour and self respect. However, I am astonished to think who is Gorbachev to prescribe India’s pride? Who is Sonia Gandhi in Indian polity except being an actor in the hands of the anti-India force? What does Gorbachev’s comment carries for India? Yes, it does. Consider that there was /is no dearth of intellectuals to eulogise WC Bonnerjeas and MP Naorojis, Gorbachev and Singh are the latest additions. Sonia is an incident only, whatever she might be. Purpose remains the same—to mislead the Indian mind—eulogising India baiters.

The more ‘he’ criticises the better it is It has been rightly said that the Congress General Secretary Digvijay Singh reminds me of the character of Shakuni in Mahabharat who out of vengeance had wrecked the Kauravas from within. Infact Singh is unwittingly digging the grave for the Congress by issuing such vituperative statements against Team Anna and its supporters—Baba Ramdev and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and his all time enemy RSS. I feel that the Sangh Parivar should thank Digvijay Singh for negative propaganda since it will ultimately benefit the BJP.

We have to reform ourselves So long as we Indians continue to act irresponsibly and without maturity, there is little hope of eradicating the scourge of terrorism and corruption from the country. Terrorism and corruption flourishes mainly because of vote-bank politics. Terror and corruption network extends across the country, from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. Indians must move away form caste, communal and personal considerations and learn to place nation above self .

Singh should redeem his image in the eyes of people Supporting PM will not serve any purpose because the majority of the people feels that he is not performing well. It is true that the circumstances he now finds himself in are difficult, but with the kind of experience he has, he should have handled the problems much better. The fruits of India’s social democratic development have been cornered by a few people and the only way of getting out the mess is to bring back the money stashed in Swiss banks. If Singh can do this he will be able to redeem himself in the eyes of the people.

CBI: A UPA’s tool Although CBI is supposed to be an independent and fair body but in practice it follows the dictates of the ruling party. It is fairly clear that the agency did not oppose the bail petition of DMK MP Kanimozhi, who is an accused in the 2G Spectrum Case as well as Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh who is suspected of complicity in cash-for-vote scam. On the other land the two BJP MPs who had revealed the scandal of payment of cash, made for supporting the UPA I government and helping it survive, have been sent to jail by the CBI. There appears no cogent and convincing ground to oppose the bail of these whistle-blowers. Moreover, while the then Union Minister of Finance’s involvement in the 2G Spectrum allotment scam has been obliquely admitted to by the present Union Minister of Finance Pranab Mukherjee, he should have been prosecuted. But the CBI is reluctant and firmly objects to the charge of his involvement. The CBI is guided by political expediencies of the government in power. It has no impeccable and unimpeachable integrity and honesty in discharging assigned duties and responsibilities.
