SCHOOL kids play jolly pranks on classmates and youth send teasing SMSs to friends. Such activities generally make the person on the other side chuckle with joy and fun. This is pure mischief and for kids and youth being a bit mischievous this way is accepted as a part of their growth process. When they crack jokes or pranks on others, they also learn to take joke and criticism about them by others without reacting angrily.
But there is a very thin line between being mischievous and being notorious. Knowing fully well that 85 crore people in Bharat will not only get hurt emotionally but will also get harmed practically, when the government goes ahead and proposes / passes various bills such as revoking a tough anti-terror law like POTA; proposing the bill to control Religious Trusts eyeing their income donated by devotees; bringing in the communal bill that will punish only the majority for crimes committed by minority; subsidising unlimited kids of minorities with majority’s tax money but punishing majority for producing even the 3rd kid and so on, the actions are not mischievous; they are definitely notorious. It has a specific motive not only to appease a minority vote bank but also to harm the majority’s interests and many a time – even to harm majority’s survival.
The worse part of all this notoriety is that the moment the majority starts questioning the motive and actions of such type, the government leaves no stone unturned in using all the powers and force it has to crush even a dim voice – be it of farmers crying for their fertile farms, of teachers begging for long due salaries, of tribals trying to protect their trees, of Hindus for continuing their traditional pilgrimages and protecting temples, of well-meaning educated youth and professional fighting against rampant corruption and so on. There are umpteen examples of such oppression, not to mention midnight lathis on sleeping women, kids and the old or jailing army and police in J&K for cracking down on the Jehadis! Not that common man does not see through all this government sponsored notoriety.
Common man in majority feels helpless for want of actual power in hand to transform the systems that the Government manipulate using archaic laws created by the British or even by the then ruling Muslims. Jain, Sikh and Sanatani Trusts come under Charity Commissioner but not the Muslim and Christian Trusts. Why? Only because there is a discriminatory law of Waqf and because Church has to be given priority by the Government for obvious reasons at the top! If there is an NGO or an institute that does similar work of running schools, religious places (temples / ashrams, Mutts / Mosques / Churches), then there is a basic common sense and legal must that all should come under one law. But no; not in current Bharat! Because the current government purposely discriminates against the majority to get the minority votes. Sounds so simplistic; isn’t it? But this very basic notoriety by the government has been harming 85 crore people of Bharat. To break their morale government then creates newer and newer bills and laws that make the majority of Bharat secondary citizens. Creating NIA revoking POTA is a government weapon to put Sikhs, Sanatanis and Jains in jail while protecting vote bank jehadis.
When the common man from majority stands against such discrimination, then either the mid night atrocities is the weapon used by the government or nowadays government’s barking men (and a few sponsored media) have started blaming RSS for everything that happens in Bharat! Any Sadhu Sant protests: RSS VHP; ex-army man – a senior citizen supported by an ex-IAS and an ex-IPS and a pro-Maoist a Sant look-alike: government says they too are supported by RSS! It rained a lot: RSS; it did not rain: RSS; Ganga river drying down: RSS and Hindus (not sewerage and dams); crores have sleepless nights in Bharat due to hunger: RSS; senior citizens killed by dacoits: RSS; farmers committing suicides: RSS; kids have obesity tendency due to bad eating habits and TV watching: RSS… Recently someone made a satirical joke on this ‘RSS Phobia’ of the government saying, tomorrow if there is a severe earthquake and tsunami anywhere in the world – government would blame RSS! It is a shame that an ideology that is known for the intrinsic nationalistic upbringing and for strong honesty is being damned by those who has no moral values left within them. One may have a choice of not agreeing with certain ideology, but blaming the ideology for every happening anywhere is purposeful cruel notoriety.
This is motivated notoriety by the government. Not just blaming RSS for anything and everything; but persecuting majority by hook or crook using total government machinery is notoriety. Creation of NIA appointing people from minority in it from Kashmir and from the group that vocally opposed and testified against Ram Temple shows such motivated notoriety of the government. Many such examples we all come across locally, nationally and internationally. Despite war against Bharat, government has been appeasing Pakistan and its ally US. Despite Arunachal government and army warning about China’s intrusion in North East, government has been ignoring. This is government’s motivated notoriety against the nation.
We keep on urging people that is they do not agree with some government policies, they should agitate only democratically and peacefully. But when government itself denounces democracy and like a tyrant resorts to violence against majority either directly or through various bills or by giving absolute power in the hands of Jehadis – should we really stick to democratic demonstrations? Majority needs to be alert, oppose all anti-majority bills together without breaking in groups based on castes and stand up once and for all against this government notoriety before it is too late.
