AFTER the Allahabad High Court verdict declaring Bhagwan Ram Lalla as the owner of His own birthplace and even the birthplace (Sthaan – as the word used in the verdict) itself a juristic person, a systematic conspiracy has been going on against Hindus and against Bhagwan Ram. It is to degrade Bhagwan Ram, defame and ridicule the judiciary that pronounced the said judgement and project the entire 60 years prolonged case, learned lawyers’ arguments, veteran Judges’ in depth studied verdict and even the scientific and technologically sound surveys and reports done by Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) with the help of ultra-modern geo radar and other such equipments to fathom what was under the structure presumably built by Babur’s crony.
So much so, from various national electronic and print media to other electronic media like the web space and internet social networking sites, many permanent fixtures type blah blah masters in the debate chairs in the AC studios of the TVs and the so called regular columnists in some of the national newspapers, have been systematically shouting from the roof top (or the satellite tops!) that the Ram Janmabhoomi verdict is based on Hindu Faith and not on the law. Initially, some of us really thought that what was being said and written on these lines might well be the ignorance of those so-called TV debaters, anchors, columnists and so on – as has been always evident in past 8 years in many other cases and incidents. But as time passed by, we all came to realise that what looked like the age-related ignorance, had been the methodical campaign against Bhagwan Ram and against Hindu faith and all those roof top voices on the TVs and the multiple columns in the newspapers have been aimed at pressuring the judiciary into giving any further judgement in this case against Bhagwan Ram and against Hindu faith. This vicious activity against Ram and Hindus started much before the HC verdict on September 30, 2010. All noticed the hectic debates on TVs and articles in newspapers much before this – to influence the judiciary. Even the Prime Minister placed an advertisement looking, like an appeal in the newspapers which too meant that the upcoming verdict was not final! Even the learned Home Minister went on bragging a bit before the delayed verdict that nobody would win and nobody would lose. There is no reason not to believe that all these people had no idea that they were intimidating the judiciary by all such activities.
The main issue here is really not who did what and why. The main issue is that despite being great contributors of the nation’s development from even before the Independence, in Independent Bharat, Hindu Faith is being ridiculed while the Islamic Faith has been tom tommed as ‘secular’. How can one religion be more equal than the other in democracy and yet be called secular?
The bonhomie that was purposely created and managed on the media and on some social platforms against the said verdict, terming it as ‘Faith Vs Law’ was and has been an intentional game being played by the vested interest Islamic groups, by the vote-greedy politicos and the so-called secular (in dictionary, whatever is the meaning of this word, but for the so-called secular media this means – Anti-Hindu and Pro-Muslim) media.
All these Hindu-haters went on to paint the said verdict as if all other faiths are accepted in Bharat by law but not Hindu faith. Why so? They went on even to the level of indirect contempt of court by ridiculing the judges who accepted Bhagwan Ram and His birthplace as juristic person. Without reading the entire judgement, without discussing the finer law points (one of the important law point is that faith is the law as per Indian constitution) and without even bothering to see the evidences and arguments done past 60 years, all these blah blah masters kept on attacking Bhagwans Ram, Hindus and the verdict.
There is another very basic discrepancy here. Under the Indian constitution, Sharia is a law. Then, let these blah blah masters explain – what is Sharia if not an Islamic faith? If that can be accepted as law then what was such ho hoopla about Hindu faith VERSUS law? So, Muslim faith is the greatest law in Bharat and Hindu faith is so humbug that it should be ridiculed? This is not only disgusting but it is dangerous and the alarm bells have already started ringing when all these blah blah masters started systematically defaming Hindu Sadhu saints in sponsored stings. The paradox is that the same channels mint money in advertising revenue by showing various temples and astrological predictions all through the day. So, when it comes to making money in advertisement revenue, then Hindu faith is ok, but when it comes to Bhagwan Ram getting His well deserved birthplace back after a long legal fight and after scientific evidences, it is Faith Vs Law, superstition etc?
Against the Supreme Court verdict in Shahbano case, Muslims in Bharat took to streets and Indian parliament bending before them amended the constitution! Blah blah masters seem skirting this incident whenever this point was raised by any Hindu debater – generally he / she was silenced by already biased anchor or by the shrill derogatory worded long English sentences by the lop-sided panels, that had majority of Hindu-haters and just as a show piece, somebody looking like the Hindu sympathiser was paraded. Majority Hindu knows and understands all these so-called secular tantrums. They watched the same harried anti-Hindu blah blah at the time of when Rameshwaram Ram Sethu was under threat of breaking and also at the time of Amarnath land grab in Kashmir. Today some columnists despite being called ‘scholars’ are still misguiding the nation in Ram Janmabhoomi verdict.
After all 3 judges pronouncing the verdict, instead of gracefully accepting that Bhagwan Ram is the rightful owner of the said place, all these conspirators seem to be in denial. But this is not the ignorant or psychiatric denial; it is a systematic methodical game against Hindus.
Unfortunately for all these Hindu-haters, Hindus in Bharat see through all this hollow blah blah that accepts Islamic, Christian faith as law but degrades Hindu faith as superstition. These same people never ask for any DNA report of some hair strand in some mosque in Kashmir, neither do they question how a woman can be a virgin after delivering a child. Now this will surely sound hurtful to those who have made it a practice to project themselves as ‘eternal victims’ of majority in any country. When in France they cry foul against burqa ban, when in Switzerland, they shout when Switzerland does not allow them to disturb its beautiful skyline with their ugly popping minarettes, when in Spain, many years back – they got a befitting reply to their anti-majority attacks and they still blah blah about it.
These same cronies never question 4 wives and unlimited number of children in the name of religious faith of Muslims. They never question as to how much load these two have been putting on the Indian Economy and how much development is suffering due to this. From Pakistan’s Sakkar Barrage to many mosques in Arabastan for roads, mosques have been relocated; but nobody’s birthplace can ever be relocated! But post Independence it has been a dirty game that Hindu faith has to be challenged in Bharat.
This constant and vicious dirty game against Hindus, Hindu temples, Hindu Deities, at large has now taken a dangerous turn to the anti-constitutional level of denying the existing laws and judiciary of the nation! It is essential for all the well-meaning people in Bharat who truly mean development and not just as rhetoric, to see that no democracy in the world – even the so-called secular ones like UK, US, and France etc – does not accept Sharia as a law! Why then in Bharat is it accepted and tom tommed as secularism while Hindu faith and law related to deities, temples, marriage etc are ridiculed? Enough is enough! We all should democratically come ahead to stop allowing such degrading of Bhagwan Ram and of Hindu Faith.
