Senior activist of Rashtra Sevika Samiti Indutai Patwardhan passed away in Indore on December 13. For the last one and a half years she was with her sons in Indore. She was active in the Samiti work there too and going to shakha was her daily routine. She was like a grihstha sannyasini. She worked in Delhi since 1952. She was a good singer also and used to teach singing to the Sevikas. She was Karyavahika of the Samiti in Delhi Prant. When the work of Sewa Bharati began in Delhi she also worked with it for some time. She discharged all the responsibilities whatever she was assigned. Activists of Delhi unit Sevika Samiti paid tribute to her.
