That'show Sheikha Lubna al-Qasimi feels, the first ever finance minister in the Arab world, in the United Arab Emirates. Despite public restrictions on women, it is estimated that 40 per cent of the wealth in Saudi Arabia is in women'shands. ?Even Prophet Muhammad married a businesswoman,? says al-Qasimi. There are many who believe that the Arab countries are finally yielding place to women, especially in areas like business, which was unthinkable a few years ago. A woman was elected to head the chamber of commerce in Saudi Arabia last December.
