Sangh Samachar K.K. Shastri completes 100 years

Noted scholar and founder member of VHP, Shri Keshavram Kashiram Shastri, popularly known as K.K. Shastri, turned 100 recently. A grand function was organised in Ahmedabad by the local VHP unit to honour him. Mahamandaleshwar Shri Manglanand, VHP President Shri Ashok Singhal, General Secretary Dr Pravin Togadia, Shri Purushottam Priyadas of Swaminarayan sect, leaders of various social organisation and disciples of Shastriji were present on the occasion. Shri Shastri was presented with a swarna mukut by the VHP. Speaking on the occasion, Shri Shastri said, “I am just 42 years old. I was born in 1963 with the foundation of VHP.”
