Mandarin is the native language of 853 million people, but used by 999 million people. English is the mother tongue of 330 million people, but is used by 487 million people. Arabic is the mother tongue of 195 million people, but is used by 230 million people. Russian is the mother tongue of 168 million people, but is used by 280 million people. French is the mother tongue of 74 million people, but is used by 126 million people. In fact, except Chinese and English, all other languages used at the United Nations are used and spoken by a less number of people than Hindi knowing people, even then Hindi has no status nationally or internationally. Bharat is saturated with English publications. English newspapers are very influential in Bharat. This is all due to the slavish mentality of Bharatiya politicians and Bharatiya population.
English language is destroying the roots of Hindu religion and culture. Bharatiya government and the elite of Bharatiya masses are not taking such steps where the shame of 1,000 years of slavery may be washed away.
Due to the long dominance of English language in Bharat, those people who stand to benefit from English do not even want to listen to the suggestion that Hindi and other regional languages be given a prominent place in Bharat. Whenever it is mentioned that Hindi and other regional languages be given prominent place in Bharat, there is a strong reaction from non-Hindi speaking people.
For such people, integrity of Bharat can only be maintained as long as Bharat stays physically or mentally a slave nation. These people get glory by using and promoting English all the time and consider themselves highly qualified persons amongst the Bharatiya masses. These people think that by learning Hindi or other regional languages, a person stays a semi-literate. As soon as Bharat talks about getting free from physical and mental slavery, these denationalised, mental slaves or misguided people begin to think that Bharat will break into many pieces.
These people get glory by using and promoting English all the time and consider themselves highly qualified persons amongst the Bharatiya masses. These people think that by learning Hindi or other regional languages, a person stays a semi-literate.
If you are pro-Hindi, then many people think that you cannot survive in a foreign country. For them, for survival in a foreign country, it is necessary to become slave of English.
It seems that such persons have got no knowledge of the world or if they do have any knowledge, then it is a very, very poor knowledge of the world. Japan, Germany, Russia, China, Arab nations and other countries of the world have not become slaves of English for their prosperity or for spreading their message and views in the world and for settling down in the Western countries. People from these countries do settle down in the West. These countries have not imposed English language on the general masses of their countries just for the benefit of a few handful of people who want to settle in the Western nations. But the denationalised and mentally slave Bharatiya people want that English be imposed on the whole country so that it may become easier for a few handful of people to settle down in the West.
These people are of very, very limited knowledge but somehow have succeeded in imposing their denationalised views on the Bharatiya masses, due to which Bharat is not able to throw away its mental slavery.
Some people make such absurd arguments for retaining English in Bharat forever and for putting down Hindi all the time, that it seems as if they have no Bharatiya blood in their veins at all. They appear even prepared to invite foreign powers, maybe British, Portuguese, Dutch, Muslims or any other nationality to rule Bharat again so that Hindi may not get a respectful place in Bharat.
People who plead for retaining English forever in Bharat do not realise that English is in Bharat at the cost of development and of spreading Sanskrit and other Bharatiya languages. Some non-Hindi-speaking people, merely to keep Hindi down, always plead for English and want to keep English in Bharat forever. These people do not realise that with the dominant position of English in Bharat, their own language will not develop or spread.
The business community, manufacturing industry, print and information industry, bureaucracy, politicians, people with slavish mentality, some non-Hindi speaking people and the people who benefit from the prevalent use of English have developed so much liking for this symbol of slavery, that the people who want to get rid of this mentality are not allowed to do so by this unworthy and selfish lot.
English language is a symbol of slavery. Jawahar Lal Nehru, due to his foolishness, unintelligence and unworthiness as a Prime Minister tied the symbol of slavery around the neck of the Bharatiya masses. Bharat is not a small country. It has got many developed languages of its own. Instead of English, Hindi and all other regional languages can be promoted in Bharat. As long as English remains a dominant language in Bharat, the nation cannot get any respect or glory from the rest of the world. Nobody can ever get respect by borrowing or stealing in his lifetime. Same is the case with language. English will keep Bharat always a subservient country.
Some people see no harm, no shame in retaining English in Bharat. People who have no shame or consciousness, or love and respect for their motherland or for the people who died for securing independence of the country, are more interested in earning money at any cost, who are agents of foreign powers or interested in breaking Bharat into several pieces or who want the general masses to stay poor forever, plead for retaining English in Bharat forever.
People who use English in any form like listing the star cast of Hindi films, on the labels of products manufactured in Bharat, on signboards or by polluting Hindi by use of English and Urdu words in spoken or written Hindi, are perpetuating English for eternity in Bharat for keeping Bharat bonded to the English language.
Media, social and cultural organisations have to take some steps where people should stop considering English as a superior language. Due to such steps the influence of English language would start declining in Bharat and Bharatiya languages might get their due place in the new century. Such steps should also break the attachment of Bharatiya masses to English language. There is nothing special about English. Due to the language of administration and medium of instruction, English has got more scientific and technical words. If Hindi becomes the language of administration and also becomes the medium of instruction at the university level, then Hindi will also acquire scientific and technical words. English is just another language like Marathi, Gujarati, or Hindi. Hindi should also rid itself of the corrupting influence of English and Urdu words.
Hindi-loving people should stage demonstrations outside studios and cinema houses, asking producers that the star cast of all Hindi TV programmes and Hindi films must be in Hindi. They should also demonstrate outside manufacturing units asking the producers to use at least 50 per cent of Hindi words on all their labels.
To promote southern languages in Hindi speaking areas, some steps should be taken, for example, part of the star cast of southern Bharatiya films be given in Hindi and these films should carry the subtitles in Hindi at the bottom of the screen for such films. Then Hindi-speaking people would also be able to enjoy the southern films in original.
The destiny of a country whose religion, culture and language has been preserved by Providence for over five thousand years of known and verified history and the origin of whose religion and culture, God knows, reaches the deep recesses of human history, is marked and chosen by the same Providence to emerge as a beacon light for mankind in the present all-encompassing gloom. Natura-lly Bharat will get back its glory in its religion, culture and language as well. But first of all, Bharatiya people have to throw away all the symbols of slavery and become mentally independent.
Hindi is a developed language and has a vast ocean of its own words. Hindi does not need to depend on the crutches of Urdu and English.
The prime task is to develop more software that leverage Hindi and the Devanagari scripts (which will be helpful for Sanskrit also). Today, a few good software packages are available to facilitate typing quickly in Hindi. Some people are aware of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) in Devanagari script. Their knowledge should be made use of for promotion of Hindi.
Hindi media people have a big responsibility to maintain and present properly the Bharatiya point of view. Presenters and programmes must show and reflect that it is a Hindu media channel in every sense of the word and action.
Hindu vesh-bhusha, and bhasha must be maintained. If it is a Hindi programme, then it must be in Hindi 100 per cent or if it is in Gujarati, it must be 100 per cent in Gujarati and so on. Insist on purity of language and you will win.
We all want ornaments in pure gold, we want pure milk, pure butter, then why not programmes in pure languages when all our Hindu languages are capable of expressing themselves in their pure scripts.
The presenters must wear Hindu poshak and speak pure Hindi and Hindu languages. Purity of language must be paramount and khichadi language be banned. Today´s tragedy is that the Hindus cannot speak in one language and are unable to converse in one language fluently right from the President to chaparasi, Prime Minister to a servant?a disgrace on 1,000 millions of Hindustanis.
Avoid Urdu and English from your channel. Avoid sex , violence and nudity, pornography and vulgarity from TV channels so that a family can watch without fear, embarrassment and anxiety, any time.
