Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad will hold its two-day Central Working Committee Meeting on January 18-19, 2025, in the historic city of Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The meeting will set the discourse on organisational, educational, social, environmental and cultural aspects and will set the direction for future programs. Representatives from across the country will participate in the meeting, reviewing various campaigns and activities while formulating future strategies.
ABVP National General Secretary, Dr Virendra Solanki addressed the press today in Jodhpur and put forth the key topics related to the meeting and the organization’s upcoming events. Representatives from across the country will present reviews of the campaigns and activities ongoing in their respective regions, which will help establish coordination in the organization’s work. This step will be a guiding force to align all the goals in the right direction.
The meeting will include a review of 2024-2025 programs and discussions on new plans for 2025-2026. Special events like Parisar Chalo Abhiyan, 75th anniversary of the drafting of Indian Constitution, 200th birth anniversary of Swami Dayanand Saraswati, 500th birth anniversary of Rani Durgavati and 150th birth anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda. Moreover, workshops will be organised to enhance skill sets of the members, strengthening the organization’s functionality.
The meeting will also conduct in depth discussions on key topics related to the upcoming “Vichaar Baithak” scheduled to be held in Dwarka in coming days. These topics will include discourse on the direction and course of student movement. Furthermore, measures to ensure greater youth participation in nation building through ABVP will be discussed. The meeting will serve as an important step towards organizing the youth and enhancing their contributions to the nation’s development.
ABVP National General Secretary, Dr Virendra Solanki stated, “In this era of technological advancement, students should play a leading role in fields of technology and innovation. The organization will prioritize focus on technological innovations and digitisations. Furthermore, efforts will be made to promote entrepreneurship and start-ups among the youth to foster self-reliance. Integrating India’s traditional knowledge systems and cultural value is the need of today. Solid steps must be taken to ensure effective implementation of National Education Policy so that the education system evolves in harmony with the nation’s culture.”
The meeting will also witness the special presence of Rashtriya Swyamsevak Sangh Sah Sarkaryawah Mukund CR who will guide with his insightful address, instilling enthusiasm and energy among the delegates.
The ABVP’S CWC meeting will be a milestone in the direction of comprehensive development of education, culture, society and organization.
