Kanyakumari: Swami Vivekananda Sabhagruham, a voluminous auditorium, and Annapoorna dining hall were inaugurated by Hon. Tamil Nadu Governor Sri R.N. Ravi (IPS Retd.) in the presence of RSS Sarsanghchalak Dr Mohan Bhagavath today, January 20, 2022. Sarsanghchalak, during his speech, extolled the role of Vivekananda Kendra, Kanyakumari, in translating the ideals of Swami Vivekanandaji into action, in the realm of service and education, throughout Bharat.
Governor R.N. Ravi said that Bharat has been rising to the position of ‘Jagadguru’ during the last seven years. He cited the examples of various initiatives of the BJP government including Swatch Bharat, Beti Pathavo, Sab ka Saat Sab ka Vikas, Solar Power, Pulwama Surgical Strike, 156 crores vaccination, etc. He lauded the dedicated activities of Vivekananda Kendram President Balakrishnan, Bhanudas and Niveditha Bhide, etc.
