Political strategist Prashant Kishor has said that the BJP would remain at the centre of Indian politics for the next many decades.Whether they win, whether they lose. He also added that once a party secures a 30 per cent vote at the India level, they are unlikely to leave in a hurry.
Prashant questioned Rahul Gandhi’s thinking and his statement that it’s just a matter of time that people of India would throw Narendra Modi away. Advising listeners to not fall into this trap that people will throw away Modi, “You will never be able to defeat the BJP and Narendra Modi unless you analyse his strength and take cognizance of it”, said Kishor.
Earlier this month, Kishor cautioned that people looking for a quick, spontaneous revival of the grand old party are setting themselves up for a big disappointment.
He also took a dig at the grand old party over the crisis in Punjab and Chhattisgarh, saying there are no quick-fix solutions to the deep-rooted problems and structural weakness of the Congress.
