Shiksha Sanskriti Utthan Nyas: ‘Gyanotsav’ held in New Delhi from April 6 to 8 showcased various out of the box experiments being conducted in the field of education. Also, various activities for character building, promotion of Vedic Mathematics, Indian languages, sensitising people for environment protection, etc were held across the country. 
 
National Medicos Organisation: Formed in 1977, NMO today works with over 4000 doctors and 20,000 medical students. Today, it has work in 460 medical colleges of 19 Prants. Various Sewa Yatras are conducted every year to inculcate in doctors and medical students respect for Indian systems of medicine. Dhanwantari Sewa Yatra was conducted from April 2 to 8, 2018 in which 135 doctors, 120 medical students treated 31,538 patients in North-Eastern states.
 
Samajik Samarasata: Surveys are to be conducted in the villages where there is any kind of discrimination and further activities will be started to restore harmony. Also, the villages where social harmony has been restored through Shakhas, are to be identified. Training programmes for the district conveners were held in 37 Prants in which 1400 workers participated.
 
 
 
Akhil Bharatiya Seema Jagran Manch: Formed in 1985 to safeguard the country’s borders with the cooperation of local people in the border areas, the Manch today has work in 62 districts of land borders in 13 Prants whereas, in coastal areas, it has work in 61 districts of 10 Prants. A total of 864 Rakshabandhan functions, 766 Bharat Mata Pujan and 528 Shakti Pooja functions were held during the year.
 
Bharatiya Stree Shakti: Formed in 1988, it has work in Maharashtra, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Kerala, Odisha and Delhi. It runs 10 family counselling centres in Maharashtra, 56 SHGs and 30 readers’ forums. Also, marriage classes are run in Amrawati and Mumbai for college students. 27 Kishori Vikas centres are also run in various states.
 
Akhil Bharatiya Rashtriya Shaikshik Mahasangh: Kartavya Bodh Diwas on January 12 and 23 were held in 264 districts. Guruvandan programmes were held at 700 places of 21 Prants. An 18-point memorandum was submitted to PM and Minister of HRD. The demands of teachers were also discussed with the UGC Chairman.
 
Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad: Reached to 15,000 college campuses through ‘Selfie with Campus’ campaign conducted from July 30 to August 4, 2018. Self-defence training was imparted to about seven lakh girls under ‘Mission Sahasi’. Under ‘Students for Development’ campaign a seven-day campaign was conducted for plastic-free Magh Mela in Prayag.
 
Swadeshi Jagran Manch: Among the major activities, there was a massive rally at Ramlila Maidan of Delhi as part of the culmination of Rashtriya Swadeshi Suraksha Abhiyan. On November 10, Dattopant Thengadi Memorial Lecture was delivered by RSS Sarsanghachalak Shri Mohan Bhagwat.
 
Sainik Sewa Parishad Akhil Bharatiya Poorva: With the enrolment of 20,000 new members the total membership of the Parishad has crossed 93,000. Today, it has units in all the states. Apart from the celebration of Vijay Diwas on December 16, many other activities were also held.
 
Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal: One of the major activities of the Mandal was organisation of International Gurukul Conference in Ujjain from April 28 to 30, 2018. Also, a conference of Academic Leadership on Education in Resurgence was held at Vigyan Bhavan of Delhi on Sept 29, 2019.
 
Bharat Vikas Parishad: Today the organisation has 1435 units with the membership over 67000. Apart from regular sewa activities, the Parishad has adopted 56 villages for total development and 16 of them have fully been developed. Now, it is working to ensure that each of its units adopt at least one village for development.
 
 
Bharatiya Kisan Sangh: The major demand of the Kisan Sangh has been to ensure profitable price as per the cost of production. Today, it has units in 525 districts and 26,65,063 farmers are its member. It is working to reach every village. It has also planted more than one crore saplings and this campaign is taken up every year.
 
 
 
Saksham: The major activity this year was the organisation of Netrakumbh during Prayagraj Kumbh. A total of 1,80,595 patients were treated and 1,37,024 were provided with glasses. Over 300 doctors and over 700 paramedical staff offered services during the Netrakumbh for 50 days.
 
 
Laghu Udyog Bharati: The organisation is completing 25 years in 2019. The Silver Jubilee was observed with the campaign to contact with more entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs’ meets were held all over the country. Today, it has units in 376 districts.

 
 
Vidya Bharati: Today, Vidya Bharati has 13,067 schools in 549 districts with 34,75,057 students and 1,50,190 teachers. President of India Shri Ram Nath Kovind visited Saraswati Shishu Mandir Residential School at Heeranagar, Dantewada (Chhattisgarh).
 
Akhil Bharatiya Grahak Panchayat: Today the organisation has work in 403 districts with 14,748 members. A total of 212 Grahak Margdarshan Kendras are being run in 61 districts. 105 places have been identified to expand the work of the organisation.
 
 
 
Sanskar Bharati: ‘Sanskriti Sugandh’ was held in Delhi with the participation of over 250 artists. ‘Sanskriti Kumbh’ held in Delhi on January 7, 2019 was joined by many eminent personalities including RSS Sarkaryavah Shri Bhaiyaji Joshi and many Chief Ministers. ‘Kala Sanskriti Sangam’ was held in October 2018. ‘Ganga Manuhar’ was held during Prayagraj Kumbh.
 
 
 
Sahakar Bharati: Sixth national conference was held in Pushkar, Rajasthan, where the workers who conducted out of the box experiments shared their experience. NITI Aayog held a discussion with the leaders of the cooperative sector.
 
Deendayal Research Institute: DRI founder Nanaji Deshmukh was honoured with Bharat Ratna. Grand Gramodaya Mela was held in Chitrakoot. Vice President of India Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu delivered the eighth Nanaji Memorial Lecture.
 
 
 
Arogya Bharati: Work of the organisation has spread to 85 per cent districts (560 out of 678) of the country. However, there are units in all 40 Prants and all districts of 20 Prants have work. Work is in progress to expand work in all districts of six more Prants.
 
Akhil Bharatiya Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram: Today, the Kalyan Ashram has 20,118 projects at 14,201 places. There are 13114 Village committees. Kalyan Ashram workers organised ‘Vanava’, a protest march, in Mumbai on November 15, 2018 to protest against the people who have occupied jobs in government departments through fake tribal certificates.
 
 

 
Rashtriya Sewa Bharati: A total of 35,560 projects are run by various organisations affiliated to Rashtriya Sewa Bharati. This year massive relief and rehabilitation work was done during Kerala floods and also floods in Tripura and Gaja cyclone in Tamil Nadu. ‘Sewa Disha 2019’ was published and ‘Sewa Sadhana’ issue was dedicated to water conservation.
 

 
 
Kreeda Bharati: Today, Kreeda Bharati has work in 272 districts. The organisation has adopted five major activities—Suryanamaskar & Yoga day, Hanuman Jayanti, Sports Day on August 29, Youth awareness Marathon, Kreeda Gyan & Virmata Jijamaa Puraskar. RSS Sarsanghachalak Shri Mohan Bhagwat joined the Triennial conference in Dhanbad.
