Eligibility: One needs more than 55% marks in Biology at 10+2 stage to have an enrolment in graduation degree in the fisheries. One can then have enrolment in Bachelor of Science in Fisheries (BFSc.). There are also some short term courses as well.
Opportunities and Salary: There are ample opportunities in fisheries sector to work as an expert with government and corporate firms. One can also start work by getting a loan from the banks. Starting salary may be between 25 to 35 thousands. One can earn in lakhs by having one’s business too.
