Here I would like to say that now the frenzied Sunni Kashmiri mobs are hyping a non existent molestation case and are on rampage for the last few days. They have succeeded in forcing the government to remove the Army bunkers. It is not understandable as to why we are so timid and easily cowed down by a few agitators. Will Israel agree to remove bunkers if some Palestinians create a ruckus ? Will China agree to remove bunkers if some Tibetans create a ruckus ? Will Pakistan remove army bunkers in Baluchistan if some Baluchis create a ruckus ? Why are we so timid, and so obsessed with democracy ? Kashmir should be under the control of a retired Army General, complete censorship, and preventive detention. Democracy is not suited for hooligans. Now they will be emboldened and create molestation dramas everywhere, and demand removal of Army bunkers, and CRPF outposts. Are we going to allow it ?

Faculty is hand – in – gloves with anti Hindu forces
(Detoxifying JNU, February 28); Excellent article. I would like to say that it is the story of almost all the premier social sciences institutes running in the country. I'm a Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai alumnus and I have witnessed that there is no space for people who differ from Left-wing ideologies. In fact, students with Right-wing leaning are looked-down upon, ridiculed, harassed and blatantly discriminated. Places where Left-wing students are hailed as true intellectuals and glorified while at the same time Right-wing leaning students are treated as outcast and criticised, it will always lead to situations like JNU incident and many more.

World Cultural Festival
(Celebrating Power of Peace, March 13th); Apropos to the article titled ‘Celebrating Power of Peace’ by Arun Kumar Singh giving salient features of the ‘World Cultural Festival’, organised by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar of ‘Art of Living’. Indeed the idea behind it was lofty i.e. to give message of peace and humanity to the whole world and to defeat destructive forces. However, there is a big danger, if we are blindly driven by these high ideals, ignoring the ground realities. This is exactly, what happened during the Muslim invasions for about one thousand years. Hindu warriors, defending the nation, were guided by their traditional high ethical values during war, but Muslim invaders were guided by cruel and hateful teachings of Islam , with no ethical values. They indulged in loot, destruction, rape and mass slaughter of unarmed civil population on a very large scale. There can be a few individual Muslims, who may speak goody-goody, only to befool Hindus. We the Hindus must understand that now we are living in truncated Bharat and not in the original Bharat which extended up to Central Asia as per our ancient literature. And we must know that it was all due to Muslims. The biggest tragedy is that even this truncated Bharat is not a Hindu country, neither constitutionally nor demographically.

Don’t take for granted
(Assam Assembly Elections, April 3); Excellent, extensive coverage. My friends from Assam told me that BJP’s victory is guaranteed.But looking at the cheap politics which is being played by the Congress in the minority dominated areas, nothing should be taken for granted. Modi government always gives its 100 per cent but yet BJP should take precautions to save its self from Bihar and Delhi type situation. This election is going to be a challenge as Congress is in alliance with people who don’t love our country.

Congratulations to Indian Railways
It is indeed good news that India has a train that runs between Delhi and Agra at a maximum speed of 160 kilometers per hour—the fatest in our country.I accept the views of some passangers that focus should be to sustain the quality of service and safety of passengers in the case of Gatimaan Express. Passengers experience should be a memorial one so that, it gets spread to other commuters too. For better customer satisfaction , Indian Railways must focus on hygiene, quality of food, safety and punctuality of the train. And these parameters should not be limited to just Gatimaan Express but should be applied to the other trains in the country too.

Water vs Entertainment
It is heartening that the Bombay high Court and the Supreme Court have expressed their displeasure over the hoisting of Indian Premier League matches , which require large amount of water, when Maharashtra is suffering from an acute water shortage. Water is the foundation of life and we are living under conditions of water scarcity. The idea of clean drinking water being supplied from taps will remain a distant dream.In view of this, Indian Premier League matches should not be played in Maharashtra as preparation of ground requires huge amount of water. We face an energy crises , but we can work on alternative and renewable energy resources. But when it comes to water there is no alternative source.

Check Muslim Population
India will become a Muslim country in another fifty years if Muslim population is not controlled. The Muslim are fast increasing their population as if there aim is to increase there number and outnumber the Hindus. I hope that the NDA government will definitely take some step towards it.

Annihilation of caste
(Ultimate Unifier, April 17); Apropos the front page story, titled ‘Ultimate Unifier’ by Ramesh Patange. Dr B.R.Ambedkar strove throughout his life to realise the ideal of annihilation of caste among Hindus. He discovered by his own experience that caste exists even among India’s Muslims and Christians , a carryover of the Hindus converted to these religions. Every responsible Indian citizen should try to eliminate the caste consciousness and biases. Especially, educators like professors in the University of Hyderabad ( UOH ), Jawahar Lal University ( JNU ) and other universities would be setting a great example by discarding caste consciousness while they are engaged in teaching and guiding students in the educational institutions. But unfortunately it is seen that the SC, ST teachers have formed separate Associations and are thus strengthening casteism and caste consciousness and strife among the SCs, STs on the one hand and the rest of the teachers and students on the other hand. Is this what Dr. Ambekdar would have liked ? On the occasion of 125th birth anniversary of Dr Ambedkar, I urge the SC, ST teachers to introspect and see what actions of theirs will remove caste consciousness, caste strife and bring about understanding and brotherhood among all Indians. caste-wise associations (and parties) perpetuate and not annihilate caste.

Bharat Mata Ki Jai not to be imposed
Sarsanghachalak of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Shri Mohan Bhagwat has rightly clarified that he never wanted the slogan Bharat Mata Ki Jai to be forced on anyone. His statement in favour of the slogan was made in the context of the unfortunate incident in the Jawahar Lal Nehru University were anti- Bharat slogans were raised by some students. Shri Bhagawat’s idea was to inculcate patriotism in the minds of the young students. However a needless controversy was created by the so-called liberal secularists. There main objective was to create a controversy and project Shri Bhagwat in a negative way before the world. All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Mualimeen chief Asaduddin Owaisi shouting about his love for Bharat refuses to say Bharat Mata ki Jai shows his double –faced hypocrisy.

Those who are refusing to say Bharat Mata Ki Jai, say that the Constitution of India does not obligate them to say so. But these very people are opposed to the enactment of the constitutionally directed Common Civil Code ( Article 44 ). It is therefore obvious that they are opposed to the idea of an indivisible Indian nation, and to the country’s integrity; in other words they are RNIs, resident non-Indians.
