Readers’ Forum : Time Heals All Wounds

(Organiser, 20.9.15);This refers to your article ‘Time Heals All Wounds’ by KK Shanmukhan in Organiser. The article is quite informative, but I differ in some places with the writer. In the first Para, the writer has claimed  the three entities of Paramatma as “Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva”, but in actual it is “Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh”. Calling solely Mahesh (husband of Parvati and father of Ganesh,Kartik) as ‘Shiva’ is absolutely wrong. Because ‘Shiva’ is the culmination of the energy of the three entities of Paramatma —Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh. In that case how can one call  Mahesh as ‘Shiva’. Secondly, the responsibilities of the three entities are as follows: Brahma—Creator, Vishnu—Preserver, Mahesh—Destroyer. It is the law of nature that until things after culmination are not destroyed, they cannot again take birth for another culmination. Hence Mahesh is represented by the entity ‘destroyer’. Everything  in this world ,both living and non-living is destined to a cycle and is bound to get destroyed one day or the other after the culmination of its growth. For example after a plant bears a flower or a tree a fruit it has to get destroyed after it  falls down and decomposes to give birth to another tree or plant to again bear fruit or flower.

Relaxing norms for Minority Refugees

(Organiser, 27.9.15); This refers to the report, “Relaxing norms for Minority Refugees”  by Nishant Kr Azad published in Organiser.  It is a very welcome step of the Modi government to accord citizenship to  the minorities of Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan. It will be indeed a great relief to the 'D' voters of the North- East States.

It is unfortunate that while most advanced countries are fast realising the importance of organic farming, Bharat, which had pioneered the concept in the ancient past, is losing products from organic farming. In many countries, food items produced from organic farming and fertilisers made from cow dung are sold as premium items. Even the fabric woven from cotton produced by organic farming is sold as a premium product with dyes and chemicals used for processing being manufactured from organically farmed products. The Government of Bharat should encourage organic farming through motivation and compulsions. It should be made compulsory for owners of big farm houses to have a major portion of their farm-houses being utilised for organic farming.

Revamping Current Education Pattern

(Organiser, 26.7.2015); This refers to the article ‘Revamping Current Education Pattern’ by Madhiv A Mohril in Organiser. No body can deny that our education system should include all the values of Bharateeyaness, our cultural and spiritual values to make new generation patriotic and virtuous. But the basic problem is that it would put Islam and its so-called secular friends in danger, and encourage communal forces. Muslims aided by our so-called secular friends would never allow this to happen and any effort to do so would meet with suppression before implementation. Madhya Pradesh Government had tried to introduce Gita classes some time back in schools, but had to back track as soon as there was criticism by Muslims and their so-called secular friends. The only solution is to make Bharat a constitutionally Hindu and non-Muslim country so that there is no obstacle in  implementing Bharateeya values in education.
