A faithful guide to believers (Organiser, 28.10.2012); In a letter ‘A faithful guide to believers’ in Organiser, the writer Shakil Ahmed writes, “When the absolute truth is that there is only one almighty God, why do we see him in different forms? Rama, Krishna, or Jesus were born as human beings, and died as such. It is only choice to appear in person or to adopt any form to give audience to devotees. Who are we to sculpture his idol or crave out his images?” As Mr Shakil is born and brought up in India, so he must be knowing, that apart from one almighty God, Hinduism and other religions, believe that some great men have taken birth with divine power who have shown the light to humanity, and served the mankind. People have taken them as manifest of God and worship their idols in temples or worship them through samadhis or shrines. Every year devotees (Muslim and Hindus) go there having an image of Sufi saint in their sub-conscious minds to worship and for the fulfillment of their wishes. In Pakistan also there are number of such shrines. It is very sad that two well known shrines, one called ‘Alisrovav’ (Dera Ghazi Khan) and the other ‘Kaka Sahib’ (Nowshera) have been recently bombed by jehadis, damaging shrines, killing and wounding scores of devotees. As per jehadis these are unIslamic. We, Hindus are always in quest of God, that how He is like? We feel Him in nature which works very systematically with perfect coordination for the benefit of all living beings. We feel Him in human beings for their divine power, seen in their ideas and truthful living for service to mankind. They maybe Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, or Christians. So, like Mr Shakil, I would not say that who are we to construct Sufi shrines as said by him for idols and images. We strongly feel that it is matter of faith.

What do the Indian Muslims really want? (Organiser, 21.10.2012); This refers to ‘What do the Indian Muslims really want? by MVKamath in Organiser. While discussing this issue, he has mentioned many things, which are not correct. He has stated that “Congress leaders finally agreed to the country’s Partition, not because they accepted Mohammed Ali Jinnah’s putrid two Nation Theory but plainly because they wanted to a void a civil war….” The fact is that by not accepting “Two Nation Theory”, they invited slaughter of ten lakh Hindus and Sikhs in West Pakistan alone, in 1947, and another 30 lakh in East Pakistan during 1971 war, in which Pakistani Muslim army slaughtered 30 lakh innocent Hindus. If Gandhi, Nehru, Patel, etc. had accepted Jinnah’s Two Nation Theory, which included complete ‘exchange of population’ Pakistan would not have slaughtered 40 lakh Hindus, raped, abducted and sold around six lakh Hindu/Sikh girls and women. The exchange of population would have been in peaceful and planned manner. The other side of the picture is, that, Congress leaders did unpardonable treachery with the Hindus. Congress leaders did not even once protested against the slaughter of Hindus nor condemned it, what to talk of taking any step to prevent it. If Congress had really refused to accept the Two Nation Theory, Nehru would not have transfered the power to himself on August 15, 1947 and should have told Lord Mountbatten and British authorities, that they should invite some of the leaders of the Hindu Maha Sabha to takeover the reins of Hindu portion of truncated India (present India), just as Muslim League leaders had took over the reins of Pakistan. Why Nehru acted as representative of the Hindus, and accepted Partition after announcement by Lord Mountbatten on June 3, 1947? Simultaneously Jinnah and Sardar Baldev Singh accepted Partition on behalf their own communities, i.e. Muslims and Sikhs respectively. Nehru accepted to give homeland to the Muslims, but refused similar homeland to the Hindus, which the Britishers and Jinnah had offered to the Hindus. Thus Jinnah, Muslim League and Britishers were far more better and reasonable than Gandhi, Nehru and Patel. Hindus can never forget this biggest injustice to them. Further Kamath says, that Secularism gave India the right to acquire quite legally and constitutionally the State of Jammu& Kashmir. One may ask, if Muslim Pakistan could keep Hindu majority Tharparkar ( a very big district in Sindh) and Buddhist region of Islamic Bangalesh (Chittagong Hill Tract), why can’t Hindus keep Muslim majority Kashmir Valley. The use of word “acquire” by Mr Kamath is also objectionable as J&K is with India not because it has been acquired, but it is so due to provisions made in the Indian Independence Act of July 1947, which is binding on Pakistan as well as India. It is clear that it is his blind faith for Nehru and Congress, Mr Kamath has ignored and twisted all the facts, and has tried to befool the Hindus.

Don’t make corruption a way of life (Organiser, 4.11.2012); This with reference to the front page article of Organiser, ‘Don’t make corruption a way of life’. RSS has completed 87 long years in the service of Baratmata. This is highly appreciable. Hindu society need not doubt but be confirmed that the present political leadership is not representative of Hindus but they are meant only for ruining Hinduism. UPA government is openly promoting all around development and progress of Islam and Christianity in the name of minorityism. Promoting Pakistan’s terrorism and Bangladesh’s infiltration is the sole objective of UPA government. We are all quite aware that recently Bangladeshi Muslim infiltrators burnt a large number of houses in 500 villages of Assam. A large number of victims who were Hindus died and a large number of them became refugees. No sympathy was shown to them by the UPA government. Instead the Central government and the State government helped Muslim infiltrators to illegally occupy the burnt houses of Hindus. Infact Muslim infiltrators from Pakistan and Bangladesh are treated as political VIPs and within 24 hours of their infiltration they are issued voters identity card and ration card to promote Muslim vote-bank whereas Hindu refurgees from the same area are treated as criminals and victimised. I thank Shri Mohan Bhagwat for warning all anti-Hindu forces and at the same time alerting all the Hindus to unite and restore a government at the Centre and the State that will care for Hindu sentiments and Indian culture.

The Moving Finger Writes(Organiser, 21.10.2012); Apropos of the headline of your column ‘The Moving Finger Writes’: ‘What do the Indian Muslims really want?’ in Organiser, I have reminded several times that whenever the finger of your columnist moves in the wrong direction, it smells foul or bleeds! He appears to be a seasoned journalist, but it seems that he has not yet grasped the real imperialist’s motives behind the Partition of our motherland in 1947. Who sowed the seeds of hatred between two major communities of the sub-continent? For the past one thousand years before 1857, were the Hindus and Muslim not living peacefully as neighbours? Did they not fight the freedom struggle of 1857 jointly? Yours columnist has forgotten all the golden chapters of the freedom struggle and remembers only the ‘Deliverance Day’ and tries to hide his own guilt but instigates communal feelings that Hindus did not take any vengeance on them (Muslims). He is mischievously linking the problem of Kashmir with the fate of Indian Muslims! About secularism the columnist is blatantly trying to practice double speak! He says that secularism is a part of the Hindu psyche. On the other hand he declares that secularism has become a dirty word and that “secularists are cowards!” I believe that the brand of ‘Secularism” which your columnist endeavours to impose upon Muslims is that the Indian Muslims should not claim that they have a separate culture and that they are socially, culturally and religiously a distinct community and in no way are a part of the Hindu society! If your columnist is all praiseworthy of the Indonesian model, let the Hindu community take initiative to adopt it collectively.

Will Congress learn something from this? The narrow victory of Jungipur by-election to the Lok Sabha was not at all exhilarant for the Congress Party. It’s candidate who is also son of President of India Pranab Mookherjee won due to the grace of his father. But the margin of votes has substantially came down to 2,536 from 1.28 lakh votes in 2009. If Congress had fielded candidate other than him it would have experienced crushing defeat. Hence it cannot be called as victory of Congress in the real sense. This is admonition bell to Congress Party. On the other hand BJP which is too feeble in West Bengal has leaped by securing 86,000 votes in this by-election as against 21 thousand in 2009. Similarly electorate of Tehri (Uttarakhand) gave very big jolt to Congress candidate son of sitting CM by electing BJP candidate by huge margin. It is high time for the Congress to introspect. Electorate especially middle class expressed their resentment and raised their repercussion against Congress which is solely responsible for sorry state of affair of the nation. This is sign of harbinger for its defeat in 2014 Lok Sabha elections. Will Congress learn some thing from this? This is a million dollar question.

Promotion of Quota Bill The promotion of Quota Bill is nothing but an extension of vote-bank politics that our politicians are adept at playing. All the communities should get equal opportunities with promotion being made on the grounds of merit and not caste. This Bill will only create social inequality in society. Social justice can be achieved only if everybody gets an equal opportunity and thus this Bill should be dropped. The very idea behind the Bill—promoting people on the basis of caste and religion—threatens to jeopardise the social fabric of the country and is against the Constitution that gurantees equality to all citizens. Moreover the urgency that the government has displayed in tabling this Bill hints at its desperation to deflect attention of aam aadmi from the coal blocks allocation scam.

Muslim fundamentalist can never destroy Bharat The present government in the Centre is utterly unconcerned and unperturbed about the dissatisfaction of the people at the alarming state of affairs prevailing in the country. Scams and corruption fill their coffers. Power has gone into their heads. No space left for the aam aadmi. The smooth fabric of our lives is being torn into shreds. Fear prevails in the hearts of our countrymen. Fundamentalist Muslims are taking to mindless terrorism. But do they hope to succed? The Hindu structure built brick by brick over the years has suffered onslaughts over centuries and will withstand any further attack for ages to come. This Sanatana Dharma is achal, ananta and anaadi. A few madmen cannot shake the foundation of this dharma. Extremists are confused and would soon be isolated. Majority of Muslims are not with them. We hope they will join the mainstream and integrate yet keeping their identity and loyalty to Bharat which has fed and nurtured them.Just by wearing skull caps, burqas, wielding guns and throwing bombs, Muslims cannot preserve their religion. Muslims should never be under the false impression that they can destroy Hinduism.

Lekka Kodi campaign The Congress Party of Karnataka State has launched an campaign “Lekka Kodi”(Furnish the account of the expenditure) against BJP Government in the State. Before this, I wish to ask the Congress-I to give the account of the various scams, such as 2G, Coalgate, etc committed by their senior leaders at the Centre.I would like to advise the Congress to first practise and teach.
