Preparations for Nanda Raj Jat Yatra begin
THE preparations for Shri Nanda Raj Jat Yatra are in full swing. Though the Yatra will be conducted in August next year, preparations have been started well in advance as the devotees do not depend upon the government at all for it. Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Smt Sushma Swaraj and Pramukh Sanchalika of Rashtra Sevika Samiti Shantakka Tai will address a special conference of workers in Dehradun in this regard on October 15.
According to vice chairman of the Yatra Samiti and Rajya Sabha MP Shri Tarun Vijay, the Yatra is one of the greatest and unique Hindu pilgrimages.
