S Chandrasekhar

Addressing a massive Hindu rally at Thalipaduppu Maidan in Kasargod VHP working president Dr Pravin Togadia called upon the Hindus to unite forgetting their caste, language, state or any other barriers. “If you do not unite, you will have to face more humiliations and insults like the recently witnessed buffalo heads kept in temple lamps and thrown into temple compounds. Unity is the only solution. The 12 crore Muslims and three crore Christians are getting all benefits because they are united. Akhilesh Yadav is giving Rs 3000/- to every Muslim girl and Mamata is giving Rs 15,000. Year by year the number of Haj pilgrims and government funds to them are increasing. The benefits due to OBCs, SC, ST etc are cut short and given to Muslims and Christians as per Sachar Committee recommendations,” he said.

“Here in Marad, eight Hindus were butchered and till date the international conspiracy behind it, is not being probed, despite a Judicial Commission ordering it. There is a systematics effort to rid Hindus of Kerala’s coast,” he concluded.

Swami Vishveshwara Theertha of Pejawar Mutt, Swami Premananda of Sivagiri Mutt and a galaxy of saints and sages also participated in the rally. A massive demonstration was also held prior to the rally.
