THE RSS said that the Congress Government at the centre is promoting and protecting the anti-national elements while defaming the Hindu Saints, Hindu organisations who are contributing immensely for building the nation by exhibiting zero-tolerance for Terrorism. Addressing a press conference in Bangaluru on November 6, national executive member of the RSS, Shri Ram Madhav said “In this(UPA) Government anybody can say anything against India and get away. If you talk in favour of India you will be punished as terrorist”. In the backdrop of deep-rooted conspiracy by anti-Hindu and anti-national forces against Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and an attempt to wrongly implicate functionaries of the patriotic organisation, he said people like Gilani and Arundhati Roy who make hate speeches amounting to treason are scot free while those who raise their voice for the integrity of the nation are being treated like terrorists. Actually government is helpless in curtailing naxalites, jehadis, Maoists, North East insurgents, Kashmiri terrorists and others but showing great interest in taking action against RSS which is known for its yeomen contribution for the last 85 years by imparting character, discipline and patriotism in the society.

According to Ram Madhav, without any evidences, investigating agencies are targeting innocent people and linking them in various cases of bomb blasts which took place during 2007 and 2008. Though RSS as promised have extended full cooperation to the ATS of Rajasthan and Maharashtra and CBI, the investigative agencies have been physically and mentally harassing the RSS cadres in the name of Hindu terror, he said. He further added that the charge sheet filed by the ATS, Rajasthan projects every accused as an RSS activist while the fact remains that none, except the said Vibhag Pracharak Shri Devendra Gupta, who had anything to do with the RSS for last several years and senior RSS functionary Shri Indresh Kumar’s name has been dragged into the charge sheet citing a meeting he attended without presenting any evidence about the said meeting clearly shows that there is some conspiracy to damage the reputation of the organisation. He further added that RSS has decided to hold nationwide peaceful mass dharna on November 10 at all the State and District headquarters condemning the anti-Hindu attitude of the Central Government.

On the Kashmir Issue he said government should keep it in mind that the integration of Jammu & Kashmir state into the Indian dominium (those days it was dominium and now union of India) is full and final. J&K is part and parcel of India and no further negotiations on the question of integration of J&K to India is needed. We should progressively move towards. No, autonomy Full integration from the present day lobby of ‘No Integration Full autonomy’. He further added “We should discuss not about more autonomy but about complete integration. The only issue that needs to be settled with regard to J&K is to integrate it fully in the light of the 1947, 26th October agreement which is described as instrument of accession signed by the then maharaja Harisingh”.

He said Article 3 of Jammu & Kashmir Constitution says that it is an integral part of India. 1952 Delhi Accord,1974 Indira -Sheikh Abdullah accord also mentioned that Kashmir fully belongs to India. He criticised the excuse given by the J&K Chief Minister Omar Abdullah who said Maharaja has signed the Instrument of Accession but merger has not happened. Ram Madhav asked “if that is the case can Mysore claim that it has signed the Accession but not merged. Is it not a veered logic presented by some so called leaders of Jammu & Kashmir?”.

He mentioned about the Parliament resolution of the Congress Government in November 1994 when Narasimha Rao was the Prime Minister which gives scope only for integration and also for getting back the territories occupied by Pakistan and China. Present Government is deviating from its own Parliament resolution and misleading the entire country on this issue. Surprisingly India has only 101 lakh square km of land in its control while the occupied land by the neighbouring country is 104 lakh sq km which means more than half of J&K land has been encroached upon and this need to be highlighted to world leaders.

In the view of the recent Allahabad High Court order pertaining to Ram Janmabhoomi land case he said meetings have been organised at all the block levels in the entire country throughout the month of December 2010 to reach out to more and more people irrespective of their caste and religion to support the cause of building a grand temple for Sri Ram at Ayodhya.
