A total of 57 shiksharthis participated in the Varga. The first year Varga of Uttar Bihar was organised in Samastipur in which 110 shiksharthis underwent organisational training. The first and second year special Vargas were also held at the same venue. In the first year special Varga the swayamsevaks from Uttar-Poorva Kshetra participated, while in the second year special Varga the swayamsevaks from Uttar-Poorva (Bihar and Jharkhand), Bengal (West Bengal and Odisha) and Assam Kshetra (all seven states of north east) were imparted organisational training. The Sarvadhikari of the first year Varga was Bauddhik Pramukh of Uttar Poorva Kshetra Shri Mahesh Singh while the Sarvadhikari of the second year special Varga was National Executive Member of RSS Shri Surendra Singh Chauhan.

Addressing the concluding ceremony of all the three Vargas at Bataha RSS Sahsarkaryavah Shri Suresh Soni said the RSS has been serving the nation for the last 85 years and the only objective of the Sangh is to take the nation to pinnacle of pristine glory.

Addressing the concluding ceremony of the Varga organised in Hisua, Kshetra Pracharak of Uttar Poorva Kshetra Shri Swant Ranjan said the RSS never provides shelter to anti-national activities. Rather the RSS has been uniting the good forces to fight against the anti-anti-national elements.
