Vishwa Samiti Shiksha Varg was held in Hyderabad from July 25 to August 10 under the aegis of Rani Rudrama Devi Trust run by Rashtra Sevika Samiti. The valedictory function of the Varga was held at Jyoti Yuvajana Sangh on August 9. The concluding ceremony was presided over by Smt. Kavita Goyal and the main speaker was Pramukh Sanchalika of Rashtra Sevika Samiti Pramilatai Medhe.

Physical activities were demonstrated at the valedictory function by the Sevikas. They also exhibited khadga prahar and ghosh much to the delight of the audience. After these demonstrations, Varg Karyavahika Smt.Gita Ravindran informed the audience that a total of 61 Sevikas from 11 countries like USA, UK, Holland and Sri Lanka participated in the Varga. She said the efforts to protect Vishwa dharma, Hindu culture and Hindu traditions are going on and it was explained to the Sevikas during the training. A call was given to the Hindu relatives abroad to work in the direction of safeguarding the Hindu culture and values thereby ensuring world peace. The Sevikas were trained in khadga, danda, samata and yoga. Senior functionaries of Rashtra Sevika Samiti guided the Sevikas at the Varga.

On August 3, about 350 Sevikas participated in path sanchalan which began from Pushpa Gardens. In the sanchalan, local Sevikas also participated which culminated at Ashta Lakshmi temple where prasad was also distributed to all. Matrihaste food was served during the Varga for which the venue was Vaidehi Ashram. Destitute girls are looked after and educated in this Ashram. Chief guest Smt. Kavita Goyal speaking on the occasion expressed her happiness to see women power being strengthened in order to make Hindutva powerful.

Pramukh Sanchalika of the Samiti Pramilatai Medhe said August 9 is the most important day in the history of India since on this day during 1942 quit India call was given. Mahatma Gandhi asked the British to quit India. It paved the way for India achieving Independence. The Independence, self-respect, self-sufficiency, and self-reliance should help us building a strong and vibrant India. Even after 60 years of Independence, Indians are looking at westernism. She asked Indians to leave westernism and adopt and strengthen Bharatiyata i.e. Hindutva. This denotes complete universal happiness, universal peace and victory to Hinduism.

But in our country, due to selfish politicians and pseudo secularism we have remained backward in various areas. The land given to Amarnath temple, a place of worship for crores of Hindus in Kashmir Valley has been taken back. Many efforts are going on to destroy Sri Ram Sethu. One hand the terrorist attacks are taking place, while on the other hand number of illegal immigrants is increasing. Many challenges are standing in front of Indian people. Therefore, let us dedicate ourselves for the cause of Hindutva and Hindu unity by making offerings physical, mental and financial thereby contributing for universal happiness, she said.
