Desh Bhakt Nagrik Sangh of Rajkot filed a complaint in National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) in New Delhi, against the brutal killing of RSS workers in Kerala. The complaint demanded a compensation of Rs 10 lakh each to the families of the victims. ?Strict necessary orders may please be passed for granting the protection to all RSS workers for attending shakhas all over the state of Kerala,? the complain said adding that the Government of Kerala has miserably failed to maintain law and order in the state and also to protect the valuable human rights, right to life and right to liberty of RSS workers. It is also the duty of the Union Ministry of Home Affairs to maintain law and order as well as protect the human rights of people. ?The members of communist party of Kerala have no legal right to stop, prevent the legal lawful national activities of workers of RSS in Kerala,? the complaint added. The NHRC was also requested to call for all the police papers, FIRs, Panchnama, postmortem and charge sheet of the murder cases of RSS activists for necessary action and fixing the responsibility of the erring officers.
