Under the shelter of the Sachar Committee, the government is not only openly violating the Constitution but also conspiring to revert various decisions of the judiciary.

The UPA government at the Centre has been the most destructive government of Independent India. Under the leadership of the so far weakest and shortsighted Prime Minister, this unprincipled and opportunist coalition government has taken the decisions under the pressure of blackmailing by its own coalition members that the entire nation will have to face the consequences for long. Due to its appeasement policy, this government has not only humiliated the sentiments of the majority Hindu society but has also played with the national security. For a very few Muslim votes, they have done many unconstitutional deeds besides making a fun of the judiciary and many constitutional institutions.

As soon as it came into power, it made its intentions very clear by forming the Sachar Committee. Justice Sachar has given the same recommendations as per the wishes of his mentors which have already been expressed at the time of its appointment. By issuing orders to conduct survey in Army and judiciary on the basis of religion, it has been proved that they can divide even the Army and the judiciary on the basis of religion to achieve their ulterior motives. The recommendations of the Sachar Committee regarding the backwardness of Muslims have been proved false even by the surveys conducted by its various other agencies. The recommendations of this Committee are unconstitutional, indeed. Articles 14-16 and the Preamble of the Constitution talk of equal opportunities and disallow any discrimination on the basis of religion. The judiciary has already rejected reservation based on religion many times. Under the shelter of the Sachar Committee, the government is not only openly violating the Constitution but also conspiring to revert various decisions of the judiciary.

The Central Government is the guardian of national resources and it is its constitutional obligation to use these resources for the welfare of the society and the nation. The Directive Principles of the State mention clearly that the government must work for social equality, justice and welfare. But when the de jure head of the government announced that Muslims have the first right on national resources, he not only killed the spirit of the Constitution but also made the majority Hindu society feel second-class citizen in its own country. After this declaration, the race for looting the country'sresources started. The banks were directed to see only the religion of the applicants and not their ability to return at the time of sanctioning the loans. Orders were given even to prepare a parallel budget for Muslims. A provision of millions of rupees has been made for the higher education of Muslim students. Special scholarships are being announced for them. A conspiracy is being hatched to give them reservation at par with Schedule Caste candidates. It is a clear cut robbery on the rights of backward Hindus. Love of the government for Muslims is definitely not real. Not even a single minister of the government has donated even a single pie for the welfare of Muslims from his own pocket. For their vested interests, they are ruthlessly and shamelessly wasting on Muslim society the national resources collected through the hard earned money of Hindus.

This government is totally insensitive to the national security. It is so soft and cooperative to the terrorists and their families that there won'tbe any exaggeration if it is called a terrorist-friendly government. In connection with the unsuccessful Glasgo (Britian) terrorist attack by Kafeel and Sabeel when the PM of our country said that the tears of their mothers made him restless throughout the night, one is forced to think why his sympathies are with the families of terrorists only. Has even the PM felt restless over the tears of the families of thousands of Hindus brutally killed in Kashmir or burnt alive in Godhra and more than 30,000 Army personnel and the equal number of civilians martyred because of terrorism? The Prime Minister of India is happy when he gets the certificate from USA that there is no Al-Qaeda element in India whereas he should have tried to make an agreement with USA to crush terrorism. It is a well known fact that Al-Qaeda is working through various names and hands. Many terrorist outfits are operating under the umbrella of Al-Qaeda. If the PM is unknown to this fact, the security of the nation is not in safe hands. The way this government is adopting dilly-dally attitude and commenting on the mercy appeal of Afzal Guru, doubts were being raised on their intentions. But now, when the former President Dr APJ Abdul Kalam has disclosed that he could not take timely decision on the issue because the government did not provide necessary documents in the matter, there is no doubt left about the real intention of the UPA government. If the government thinks that by adopting soft attitude towards terrorists, it can win sympathy of Muslims, it is committing a great sin by connecting Muslim society with the terrorists.

It was expected from the UPA government that it will take recourse to anti-Hindu stances to beautify its own secular image like all the previous secular governments. But the policies of this government have made the Hindus alien in their own country. The Hindu society is much pained at the way Shankaracharya Shri Jayendra Saraswati was caught amid false charges and a lot of propaganda was made with concocted stories by the secular media. It is beyond anyone'simagination that the lives of Hindus will be devaluated to such an extent under the regime of the present government. A compensation of Rs. 10 lakh each was given to the Pakistanies killed in Samjhauta Express blasts, Rs. 5 lakh each was given to the Muslims killed in the blasts at the mosques of Malegaon and Hyderabad whereas the lives of the Hindus killed in Mumbai train blasts were valued at Rs. 2 lakh each only. The way the UPA government is trying to break Ram Sethu, a great symbol of Hindu faith, without making a study of the alternative courses regarding Sethusamudram Project, it seems that this government is a partner in some international conspiracies. By breaking Ram Sethu, they are not only hitting the Hindu sentiments but are also conspiring to confuse the indenty of India. For thousands of years Aasetu Himalaya is the identity of India. When ?Sethu? will be broken, this identity, too, will break. The work of those who are out to prove Ram as a myth, will become all the more easy. Had there been the name ?Ali? in place of ?Ram? attached with the Sethu, would they have dared to break it? They are trying to break Sethu by ignoring Hindu sentiments, environment, national security and the livelihood of thousands of people.
