In the month of September the BMS affiliated unions defeated the INTUC affiliated labour unions headed by Shri G. Sanjeeva Reddy in the elections of two prestigious establishments in Andhra Pradesh. The presidents of the BMS unions in both the institutions are employees of the respective establishments. The winner BMS representatives are Shri Kallol Bhattacharya, SPM and Shri K. Shankar, MCH. In MCH the INTUC was supported by AITUC and CITU also. (Vishwakarma Sanket)
